HELLO, I'M ANIKA.
After 13 years in management positions and as a former member of the executive board at Unilever DACH, I know what it means to lead under high pressure. And I know what it means when self-doubt and stress turn into chronic overload and constant tension in your own life.
It was precisely for these reasons that I questioned my path at a certain point and decided to let go of my role as a successful manager in order to find out what really fulfills me.
This step was not easy for me, but throughout my life I have repeatedly found the courage to turn everything upside down and start afresh, both professionally and privately. In doing so, I learned to understand how powerful it is to shape your life from within, rather than being driven by external forces. Looking at yourself honestly and wanting to change is anything but easy—but in my world, it is absolutely worthwhile. Since I have been following this path, new doors and opportunities have suddenly opened up for me, and with them, a more authentic way of life.
Today, I am happier, more in tune with myself, and grateful for everything that has led me here. My journey toward heart-led authenticity continues tirelessly, both as a companion and as a learner—and full of joy for what is yet to come.
